<p>After 25 years in the direct-selling business, Mary Kay resigned a position as a national training director <strong>when yet another man she had trained was promoted above her</strong> – at <strong>twice</strong> her salary.</p>
<p>Her response was visionary. At first, she started writing a book that   would help women gain the opportunities she had been denied.</p>
<p>Sitting at her kitchen table, Mary Kay made two lists on a yellow   legal pad. One list contained the good things she had seen in companies. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In a recent article in examiner.com we came across some often overlooked ways to boost your sales revenues. In view of the current economic climate it is worth revisiting different ways to connect with potential clients to improve your sales revenue.</p>
<p>One of their ideas was to write <strong>client centered letters</strong>&#8230;..but make a break from the formal almost legal sounding jargon such as &#8220;As per our conversation&#8230;.&#8221; or &#8220;pursuant to our agreement&#8230;&#8230;&#8221; etc</p>
<p>This kind of terminology is just too formal and off putting.</p>

</strong>It pays to play to your strengths. But how do you pinpoint the areas that will increase revenue and earn you more money? Simple: by following the Pareto Principle.
