		<description>This is a great article. I am a fan of Ali Brown.

I have indeed noticed the 80/20 principle at work in my own business. I have carefully integrated the insights into my 6 month business plan.

As a solopreneur, I am very careful with my time, and need to maximize and leverage where ever possible... knowing my target audience and their needs is a crucial piece.

Thank you for this reminder.
Brightest Blessings,
Joyce Lee Life Coach

		<description>Hi Joyce,
Thanks for your comments and for taking the time to read out blog. I really like the way you have thought about how you &quot;serve&quot; your potential clients/customers and indeed friends on Fb. It truly speaks of your genuineness and willingness to help each and everyone have a good experience.

Yep, I think it goes back to respect and good manners and the old adage, &quot;do unto others as you would have them do to you&quot;

Have a great day

		<description>Hi,

Although not in direct sales, my business involves online service. I follow the same philosophy with a few twists...

I use facebook as one of my main business/service platforms.

When someone writes on my wall... I always respond
When someone sends me a message... I always respond
I got several hundred birthday wishes... I responded to each one
I treat people with respect... always...
I acknowledge people... always...

I wonder if it is easier for those of us who grew up with expectations of good manners... we would have gotten big trouble for not being respectful...

Also, because I am a solopreneur, my business is an extension of my creativity... I want everyone to have a good experience when they participate with me in any way...

As a customer, I want to be acknowledged and served with a friendly energy.

Just my thoughts... thanks for the inspiration...

		<description>Thank you...

I spent a few quiet hours this afternoon, organizing document folders on my laptop... Now I just need to do the same with my dresser drawers... :)))

I intend to review all my business support systems... I am the heroine of my own tale...

In abundance

		<description>Thanks Joyce. Yes you are right, it is much better to be flexible and open to changes you may need to make to make things work.....you know what the say &quot;what you resist persists&quot; So if we want to have things work out then we have to be open to change not stuck in our ways, resisting change because then you are just not in the flow....

All the best,
Dayle</description>

		<description>I love this post... It is all so true...

Someone once told me &quot;It&#039;s better to be like a willow that can flex and bend than the mighty oak that is rigid and unmoveable&quot;

Thank you for the reminders.
